Descriere

Partner with stakeholders to identify valuable AI/ML opportunities
Turn business needs into solution plans, success measures, and delivery steps
Build and support solutions using machine learning, NLP, generative AI, and LLMs
Use retrieval-augmented generation and automate agent-based workflows
Work with data science and engineering teams to deploy scalable solutions
Set up evaluation, monitoring, and safeguards in line with enterprise risk and responsible AI standards
Explain technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Deliver AI/ML solutions that produce measurable value in business workflows
Apply LLMs and agent-based capabilities to practical problems

Cerințe

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in computer science, statistics, machine learning, data science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline
Graduate degree preferred
1–2 years of experience building and implementing AI/ML solutions or projects
Experience using machine learning, LLMs, NLP, and data science methods to address business problems
Strong grounding in machine learning and statistics, including regression, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, deep learning, and supervised and unsupervised learning
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLP libraries, or comparable tools
Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms, big data, scalable data processing, SQL, and NoSQL databases
Strong communication skills and effectiveness in cross-functional teams
Must be able to work without visa sponsorship; Vanguard does not sponsor visas for this role
