  • Partner with stakeholders to identify valuable AI/ML opportunities
  • Turn business needs into solution plans, success measures, and delivery steps
  • Build and support solutions using machine learning, NLP, generative AI, and LLMs
  • Use retrieval-augmented generation and automate agent-based workflows
  • Work with data science and engineering teams to deploy scalable solutions
  • Set up evaluation, monitoring, and safeguards in line with enterprise risk and responsible AI standards
  • Explain technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Deliver AI/ML solutions that produce measurable value in business workflows
  • Apply LLMs and agent-based capabilities to practical problems

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in computer science, statistics, machine learning, data science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience building and implementing AI/ML solutions or projects
  • Experience using machine learning, LLMs, NLP, and data science methods to address business problems
  • Strong grounding in machine learning and statistics, including regression, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, deep learning, and supervised and unsupervised learning
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLP libraries, or comparable tools
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms, big data, scalable data processing, SQL, and NoSQL databases
  • Strong communication skills and effectiveness in cross-functional teams
  • Must be able to work without visa sponsorship; Vanguard does not sponsor visas for this role
