Affiliate and Partnerships Coordinator

Manage affiliate tracking, partner compliance, reporting, and creator placements for Decentralized Masters, a global DeFi education company. Coordinate partner campaigns and monitor performance across channels.

Descriere

  • Set up and manage affiliate offers and tracking links in Everflow.
  • Configure attribution and verify tracking from end to end.
  • Maintain creative assets and copy for partner placements.
  • Keep partner offers, links, and assets up to date.
  • Find and coordinate placements across newsletters, YouTube, podcasts, media, and creator channels.
  • Brief partners on messaging and compliance standards.
  • Share tracking links and creative, schedule launches, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Check partner copy and placements against compliance guidelines before launch.
  • Prepare detailed weekly performance reports for partners and affiliates.
  • Analyze spend, ROAS, CPA, and conversion data, and flag issues, opportunities, and anomalies.
  • Work with the Head of Partnerships to run the affiliate and partnership program.

Cerințe

  • Practical experience managing partnerships.
  • Experience with affiliate or partner tracking; Everflow or a comparable platform is preferred.
  • Experience with influencer, creator, media, or newsletter partnerships is relevant.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance and attribution data.
  • Careful attention to detail, particularly in compliance and reporting.
  • Clear written communication skills and the ability to manage and edit partner copy.
  • Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage recurring workflows independently.
  • Experience managing influencer, creator, YouTube, or podcast partnerships is preferred.
  • Business development or appointment-setting experience is helpful but not required.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Hyros, or Snowflake is preferred.
  • Experience in financial publishing, crypto, DeFi, or another regulated performance-marketing field is preferred.
