  • Assist the founders with strategic and operational work.
  • Take ownership of projects and carry them through to completion.
  • Research and organize information for business decisions.
  • Prepare analyses, presentations, reports and decision documents.
  • Review business metrics and recommend practical next steps.
  • Contribute to sales, operations, marketing and business development projects.
  • Assess and improve existing internal processes.
  • Coordinate key projects and track follow-up tasks.
  • Explore new business opportunities, markets, tools and technologies.
  • Help address immediate operational needs across the team.
  • Apply AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.

Prasības

  • Currently enrolled at a university or college.
  • Interested in entrepreneurship, company building and business topics.
  • Quick to learn and able to get up to speed independently on unfamiliar subjects.
  • Work in a structured, dependable and solution-focused way.
  • Maintain high standards and take responsibility for assigned work.
  • Strong analytical ability, with skill in understanding and clearly presenting information.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is preferred.
  • Able to judge when AI or automation can make a task more efficient.
  • Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken German.
  • Experience with Make, n8n or similar automation tools is a plus, but not required.
