Apraksts

  • Coordinate daily onboarding, software access, and ground training.
  • Oversee contracted service delivery to meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Support business products by working with vendors, customers, and internal support teams.
  • Run daily facility operations, including compliance, receiving, kitting, order processing, procurement, inventory, staffing, inspections, employee development, safety, security, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships, including through in-person meetings.
  • Recommend ways to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities.
  • Support field stocking sites, agent locations across multiple regions, and the provider network.
  • Share functional expertise and accurate information with colleagues.
  • Analyze routine issues and suggest solutions informed by experience, judgment, and precedent.
  • May guide and supervise colleagues as a player-coach, with a primary focus on individual expertise.

Prasības

  • At least one year of warehousing, shipping, and receiving experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Must currently reside in the same geographic area as the job.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
  • PITO certification preferred.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
  • Availability to cover mid, second, and third shifts as business needs require.
