Apraksts

  • Own Surmesur’s social media presence and relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators.
  • Create and manage the brand’s editorial content calendar.
  • Measure engagement, audience growth, and conversion, then refine performance based on results.
  • Track competitors and identify relevant trends for the brand to use.
  • Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Edit videos and create visual assets from initial brief through publication.
  • Coordinate in-store stylists producing content by briefing them, reviewing their work, and protecting brand consistency.
  • Manage comments and direct messages, escalating customer service matters when needed.
  • Oversee influencer, ambassador, and networking partnership requests from intake to completion.
  • Identify and proactively contact relevant potential collaborators.
  • Assess whether partnerships should be renewed or brought to an end.
  • Administer the dedicated budget and monitor spending against the annual plan.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least four years of social media management experience, including content creation and external partner coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker who can explain the rationale behind content decisions as well as the execution.
  • Proficiency in video editing and visual design using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent software.
  • Confidence negotiating and developing lasting business relationships.
  • Strong interest in fashion and style; a portfolio is considered an asset.
  • Results-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills, refined taste, sound judgment, and an instinct for attention-grabbing content.
  • Fluency in French and English; Spanish is an asset for the Mexican market.
