Apraksts

  • Lead a team of 4 to 10 frontend and full-stack developers
  • Design and implement software architecture for critical systems, following client requirements and global best practices
  • Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders as the technical point of contact
  • Ensure continuous integration and solution deployment
  • Resolve complex technical issues and improve the performance of production systems
  • Set and document technical standards, coding conventions, testing practices, and deployment procedures
  • Record architecture decisions (ADRs) for the team
  • Mentor junior and senior developers
  • Encourage adoption of Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, SQL Server 2022, MongoDB, Prisma, RabbitMQ, and Redis
  • Contribute code to critical components to ensure solutions are scalable and secure

Prasības

  • At least 7 years of software development experience, including 2 or more years providing technical leadership for a team of at least 3 people
  • Technical ownership of at least one production system from design and development through operation
  • Strong command of systems architecture, including modular monoliths, microservices, and relational and document databases
  • Ability to design, assess, and defend end-to-end solution architecture across frontend, backend, data, and integrations
  • Ability to choose between architectural options and explain trade-offs to business stakeholders
  • Strong command of Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Fastify, SQL Server 2022, MongoDB, Prisma ORM, Swagger, RabbitMQ, and Redis
  • Advanced knowledge of Angular, Tailwind CSS, and NgRx
  • Experience with npm, Jest, and Cypress
  • Sound judgment in setting code quality standards, building security into design (authentication, authorization, and OWASP), and ensuring operations, monitoring, and scalability
  • Ability to document and communicate architecture decisions through diagrams, decision records, and contract-based API specifications
  • Ability to discuss technical topics with non-technical stakeholders, negotiate scope, and balance technical debt against value delivery
