Senior Technical Lead, Full-Stack Software
Lead banking software architecture and engineering teams at ALTEN México. Guide developers, production systems, technical standards, and the delivery of secure, scalable solutions.
Descriere
- Lead a team of 4 to 10 frontend and full-stack developers
- Design and implement software architecture for critical systems, following client requirements and global best practices
- Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders as the technical point of contact
- Ensure continuous integration and solution deployment
- Resolve complex technical issues and improve the performance of production systems
- Set and document technical standards, coding conventions, testing practices, and deployment procedures
- Record architecture decisions (ADRs) for the team
- Mentor junior and senior developers
- Encourage adoption of Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, SQL Server 2022, MongoDB, Prisma, RabbitMQ, and Redis
- Contribute code to critical components to ensure solutions are scalable and secure
Cerințe
- At least 7 years of software development experience, including 2 or more years providing technical leadership for a team of at least 3 people
- Technical ownership of at least one production system from design and development through operation
- Strong command of systems architecture, including modular monoliths, microservices, and relational and document databases
- Ability to design, assess, and defend end-to-end solution architecture across frontend, backend, data, and integrations
- Ability to choose between architectural options and explain trade-offs to business stakeholders
- Strong command of Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Fastify, SQL Server 2022, MongoDB, Prisma ORM, Swagger, RabbitMQ, and Redis
- Advanced knowledge of Angular, Tailwind CSS, and NgRx
- Experience with npm, Jest, and Cypress
- Sound judgment in setting code quality standards, building security into design (authentication, authorization, and OWASP), and ensuring operations, monitoring, and scalability
- Ability to document and communicate architecture decisions through diagrams, decision records, and contract-based API specifications
- Ability to discuss technical topics with non-technical stakeholders, negotiate scope, and balance technical debt against value delivery
