Apraksts

  • Guide customers from initial discussions through the architecture, design, and successful launch of complex technical projects
  • Support prospective customers during pre-sales
  • Develop solution architectures and migration strategies
  • Plan and estimate bids, and assess risks for bidding and contracting
  • Lead customer onboarding and migration work
  • Coordinate the transition to business-as-usual operations after project completion
  • Plan and deliver new integrations and complex initiatives for existing customers
  • Serve as customers’ senior strategic and technical advisor
  • Turn complex requirements into practical, achievable plans
  • Deliver workshops and enablement sessions for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Oversee several client engagements at the same time
  • Travel regularly to meet prospective and existing customers

Prasības

  • Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or client delivery, preferably in e-mobility, B2B SaaS, or infrastructure software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements, set priorities, communicate progress, and keep delivery on track
  • Able to lead workshops and enablement sessions for varied technical and non-technical audiences
  • Able to turn unclear client needs into concrete, actionable technical plans
  • Fluent in English and German and/or French
  • Available for regular travel to meet prospective and existing customers
  • Practical experience integrating REST APIs
  • Confident troubleshooting networks and connectivity, including firewalls, TLS certificates, and WebSocket connections
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and SaaS platform structure, including how failures can propagate
  • Programming knowledge sufficient to read code, use and contribute to internal tools, and work effectively with AI-assisted scripting
  • Takes ownership of work
  • Works systematically and documents projects throughout
  • Works collaboratively
  • Remains composed under pressure
  • Familiarity with eRoaming hubs such as Hubject or Gireve is an advantage
  • Experience leading or supporting data migration projects is an advantage
  • Familiarity with energy management is an advantage
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
