Senior Project Architect, Dallas (Hybrid)
Lead sustainable architectural projects at LPA’s Dallas studio, guiding delivery from design through construction. The role includes documentation, construction administration, multidisciplinary coordination, and mentoring junior staff.
Apraksts
- Guide project documentation and contract administration from start to finish across assigned projects.
- Manage technical delivery from initial concept through construction.
- Coordinate with designers and engineers across disciplines.
- Partner with the Project Designer and Project Manager to bring design concepts to life.
- Oversee schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
- Review work for quality and research materials, products, and construction approaches.
- Direct construction administration and address design intent on site.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, regulators, and colleagues.
- Support junior staff through knowledge-sharing, training, and ongoing guidance.
Prasības
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture.
- At least 10 years of experience working across all phases of architectural projects.
- Current architecture license in Texas.
- Proficiency with Revit and other relevant design tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
- Ability to work from a local studio three days per week.
- Verification of employment eligibility through E-Verify.
