  • Guide project documentation and contract administration from start to finish across assigned projects.
  • Manage technical delivery from initial concept through construction.
  • Coordinate with designers and engineers across disciplines.
  • Partner with the Project Designer and Project Manager to bring design concepts to life.
  • Oversee schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
  • Review work for quality and research materials, products, and construction approaches.
  • Direct construction administration and address design intent on site.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, regulators, and colleagues.
  • Support junior staff through knowledge-sharing, training, and ongoing guidance.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture.
  • At least 10 years of experience working across all phases of architectural projects.
  • Current architecture license in Texas.
  • Proficiency with Revit and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
  • Ability to work from a local studio three days per week.
  • Verification of employment eligibility through E-Verify.
