Senior Manager, Collections, AP & AR (Hybrid)

Confluence is hiring a senior finance leader to oversee collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. The role covers customer payment performance, escalations, treasury support, and operational controls.

ERP

Apraksts

  • Direct the collections function while supporting the collections team
  • Drive prompt payment from customers and maintain collection performance
  • Resolve complex and escalated collection matters
  • Coordinate with customers and internal and external partners on collection inquiries
  • Provide additional collection support during escalations and demand surges
  • Lead oversight of Accounts Payable activities
  • Work with the AP team to strengthen processes and controls
  • Assist with treasury operations
  • Help develop cash flow management and forecasting practices
  • Contribute to organization-wide cash management activities

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
  • At least six years of progressive experience in collections, accounts receivable, order-to-cash, or working capital management
  • Three or more years managing or supervising teams, including ownership of aged debt, customer escalations, and collections improvement
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 605 revenue recognition
  • Experience automating processes and moving manual workflows into an ERP environment
  • Ability to interpret SaaS agreements, including multi-year contracts, overages, and minimum commitments
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • NetSuite experience is preferred
  • Right-to-work status in the UK may be verified during pre-employment screening
