Product Designer (Remote, India)
Design accessible web and mobile products for CDW, a Fortune 500 technology solutions provider. Lead user research, prototyping, design systems, and delivery with cross-functional teams.

- Lead product design from user research through final delivery.
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and competitor research.
- Turn business needs and user insights into flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Create user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, patterns, and interface guidelines.
- Partner with product managers, UX researchers, business analysts, and engineering teams.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and remain consistent in production.
- Improve product experiences using user feedback, analytics, and usability test findings.
- Apply responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Present design concepts, explain decisions, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Manage several design initiatives and deliver quality work on agreed timelines.
Prasības
- Demonstrated experience as a product designer, UX/UI designer, or in a similar role.
- Strong Figma skills for wireframing, prototyping, interface design, and design systems.
- Solid grasp of user experience principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Experience developing user journeys, flows, wireframes, detailed mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Knowledge of responsive web design, mobile-first design, and cross-platform experiences.
- Experience running usability tests and using feedback to improve designs.
- Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and reusable interface patterns.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidance, including WCAG, and usability practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with product and engineering teams in an agile setting.
- Preferred: experience designing enterprise software, SaaS products, or complex business workflows.
- Preferred: familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Preferred: experience with Adobe Creative Suite, FigJam, or similar tools.
- Preferred: knowledge of product analytics, A/B testing, and data-informed design.
