  • Lead product design from user research through final delivery.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and competitor research.
  • Turn business needs and user insights into flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Create user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, patterns, and interface guidelines.
  • Partner with product managers, UX researchers, business analysts, and engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and remain consistent in production.
  • Improve product experiences using user feedback, analytics, and usability test findings.
  • Apply responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Present design concepts, explain decisions, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
  • Manage several design initiatives and deliver quality work on agreed timelines.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Demonstrated experience as a product designer, UX/UI designer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong Figma skills for wireframing, prototyping, interface design, and design systems.
  • Solid grasp of user experience principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
  • Experience developing user journeys, flows, wireframes, detailed mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Knowledge of responsive web design, mobile-first design, and cross-platform experiences.
  • Experience running usability tests and using feedback to improve designs.
  • Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and reusable interface patterns.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidance, including WCAG, and usability practices.
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with product and engineering teams in an agile setting.
  • Preferred: experience designing enterprise software, SaaS products, or complex business workflows.
  • Preferred: familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
  • Preferred: experience with Adobe Creative Suite, FigJam, or similar tools.
  • Preferred: knowledge of product analytics, A/B testing, and data-informed design.
  • Preferred: experience designing AI-powered products, dashboards, or data-heavy interfaces.
  • Preferred: familiarity with design handoff tools and developer collaboration workflows.
