- Coordinate project and programme delivery, resolve issues, and build team capability
- Develop and manage detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives
- Track progress, identify risks and issues, and put strategies in place to keep projects on course
- Work with stakeholders to manage expectations, share updates, and align project goals with organizational objectives
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders
आवश्यकताएँ
- A bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related discipline is preferred, along with substantial project management and team leadership experience
- Demonstrated success managing projects from start to finish while meeting scope, schedule, and budget targets
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities, including managing project teams and prioritizing work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Able to travel as needed, approximately 30%
- Must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based; employment with ICON depends on this
