- Guide the Prague data science team and support its growth.
- Set goals, give structured feedback and help team members develop.
- Onboard new team members.
- Balance project capacity and coordinate staffing with Munich.
- Spot resourcing risks early.
- Help develop the Prague office.
- Lead complex process intelligence and data science projects from concept through delivery.
- Create straightforward, scalable solution designs.
- Use process mining, automation, AI and advanced analytics.
- Build client relationships and align expectations.
- Maintain the quality of team deliverables.
- Take the lead when client or project issues become challenging.
- Contribute hands-on alongside the team.
Prasības
- At least three years of experience in data science, data analytics or business intelligence.
- Practical skills in data engineering and modelling.
- Ability to design clear, scalable solutions and architectures.
- A business mindset focused on client outcomes.
- Confidence working with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English at C1 level.
- Comfort working across Czech and German contexts.
- Technical team leadership experience is preferred.
- Process mining experience is preferred; Celonis experience is an advantage.
- Experience delivering front ends in a BI or process intelligence tool is preferred.
- Czech and/or German language skills are preferred.
- A university education is required.
