  • Create test strategies, evaluation datasets, and automated validation frameworks.
  • Work with Architecture, Information Security, and Data teams to implement security, access, identity, and governance controls.
  • Set up monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational support, including dashboards, runbooks, incident procedures, and production support.
  • Assist with pilots, production readiness reviews, deployments, and post-release checks.
  • Assess AI, automation, and agentic technologies and recommend platforms, vendors, and solution approaches.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and take part in technical reviews.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.

Prasības

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent years of experience required.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience required.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert (AB-100 or equivalent) preferred.
  • UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional or Agentic Automation Professional certification preferred.
  • AWS Solutions Architect Professional and/or AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with traditional AI, machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI, including development, implementation, and production deployment.
  • Advanced knowledge of intelligent automation and robotic process automation (RPA) platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or comparable workflow automation, low-code, and agent framework technologies.
  • Knowledge of generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, agent workflows, and AI-enabled workflow design.
  • Experience with platforms such as Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AWS AI/ML, or Google AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, authentication, data integration, enterprise applications, and systems integration methods.
  • Understanding of cloud computing and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, testing, version control, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
  • Understanding of logging, observability, incident management, and production support.
  • Experience assessing AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, latency, and failure modes.
  • Working knowledge of secure AI practices, including data access, least privilege, and tool-use controls.
  • Follow regulatory compliance requirements and assigned training, including BSA regulations; the organization participates in E-Verify.
