Apraksts

  • Interpret English and Spanish consecutively by phone and video.
  • Provide interpretation across medical, social services, customer care, and financial settings.
  • Help healthcare providers and patients communicate clearly.
  • Interpret accurately in real time while working remotely.
  • Work five days each week, with two days off.

Prasības

  • Demonstrated experience providing remote English–Spanish interpretation by phone and video is required.
  • Native-level fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of patient privacy standards and HIPAA.
  • A direct Ethernet connection to the router; Wi-Fi is not allowed.
  • A client-approved USB headset; Bluetooth, mono, and built-in microphones are not allowed.
  • Approved headset models include Logitech H390, Jabra GN, Jabra Evolve, Microsoft LifeChat LX-6000, Plantronics Blackwire C3220, Dell Plantronics, and HP Stereo USB Headset G2.
  • Intel i5 processor, 6th Generation or newer.
  • 720p or 1080p webcam.
  • Updated Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox browser.
