- Demonstrated experience providing remote English–Spanish interpretation by phone and video is required.
- Native-level fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of patient privacy standards and HIPAA.
- A direct Ethernet connection to the router; Wi-Fi is not allowed.
- A client-approved USB headset; Bluetooth, mono, and built-in microphones are not allowed.
- Approved headset models include Logitech H390, Jabra GN, Jabra Evolve, Microsoft LifeChat LX-6000, Plantronics Blackwire C3220, Dell Plantronics, and HP Stereo USB Headset G2.
- Intel i5 processor, 6th Generation or newer.
