Apraksts

  • Oversee daily clinical trial operations across veterinary clinics.
  • Serve as the main sponsor contact throughout each trial.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with sponsors and CROs.
  • Create project plans, schedules, and risk management approaches.
  • Recruit veterinary clinics and prepare them to participate in studies.
  • Deliver and support Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and study-specific training.
  • Lead enrolment and engagement efforts to increase study participation.
  • Advise on protocol implementation and study delivery.
  • Track study progress and resolve operational issues.
  • Lead and support regional Clinical Trial Coordinators.
  • Ensure trial work meets GCP standards and applicable regulations.

Prasības

  • Bachelor's degree in health, veterinary medicine, life sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of clinical trials experience.
  • Demonstrated project management and delivery experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong digital skills.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Veterinary or animal health sector experience is desirable.
  • More than 5 years of experience in pivotal Phase III clinical trials is desirable.
  • Experience working for a sponsor organisation or CRO is desirable.
  • A clinical qualification is desirable.
  • A postgraduate qualification, such as an MSc, PhD, or project management certification, is desirable.
  • Previous people management experience is desirable.
