Apraksts

  • Record and process the entity’s accounting transactions
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounting ledgers
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
  • Support the preparation of accounting and financial reports
  • Manage and track invoices, collections, and payments
  • Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and current accounting regulations
  • Coordinate with teams across the organization to maintain the quality of financial information
  • Support the effective operation of the accounting function by ensuring reliable financial information and contributing to accounting controls and closing processes

Prasības

  • Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or an equivalent qualification
  • At least three years of experience in financial accounting positions
  • Experience with bank reconciliations, accounting closings, and preparing financial information
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools
  • Previous experience in financial institutions or corporate environments is valued
  • C1 level of Catalan
  • Organized and thorough, with analytical ability and strong attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach
