Description

Record and process the entity’s accounting transactions
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounting ledgers
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Support the preparation of accounting and financial reports
Manage and track invoices, collections, and payments
Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and current accounting regulations
Coordinate with teams across the organization to maintain the quality of financial information
Support the effective operation of the accounting function by ensuring reliable financial information and contributing to accounting controls and closing processes

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or an equivalent qualification
At least three years of experience in financial accounting positions
Experience with bank reconciliations, accounting closings, and preparing financial information
Advanced proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools
Previous experience in financial institutions or corporate environments is valued
C1 level of Catalan
Organized and thorough, with analytical ability and strong attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach
