  • Review online orders and payments flagged as potentially fraudulent
  • Handle customers’ accounting requests and questions
  • Issue credit notes and refunds for cancellations, disputes and product exchanges
  • Track incoming payments across multiple payment methods
  • Help reconcile expected cash flows with deposits in bank accounts
  • Analyze and reconcile customer accounts and payment-related suspense accounts
  • Coordinate with customers and the Customer Service and Logistics teams
  • Use the company’s internally developed back-office system
  • Share responsibility for accounts receivable operations across 16 European countries
  • Report to the Accounts Receivable Accounting Supervisor in the Finance Department

Prasības

  • A two-year post-secondary qualification in accounting or equivalent
  • At least two years of initial experience in the field
  • Careful, accurate handling of a high volume of transactions
  • Versatility and adaptability
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with patience, diplomacy and attentiveness
  • Ability to coordinate a two-person team and maintain efficient operations
  • Enthusiasm and energy

  • Proficiency in Excel
