Reikalavimai
- A proven track record in sales
- Experience and practical skills in leading a telesales team
- Understanding of telesales to both business and individual customers
- Knowledge of how to identify and manage the needs of different customer groups
- A results-oriented approach and ability to work toward targets
- English proficiency of at least B1, with strong motivation to reach B2
- Analytical skills, including preparing reports and working with databases
- Experience delivering training and presentations
- Ability to motivate and inspire people
- Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce is an advantage
