  • Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from initial design to implementation, testing, release, and continued support.
  • Take part in technical and business discussions, sharing ideas and proposing solutions.
  • Use agile approaches and AI, including Specification-Driven Development (SDD), to turn requirements into architecture and code.
  • Build applications with .NET and C#.
  • Create integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Use AI assistants and generative tools to improve coding, refactoring, test coverage, and code reviews.
  • Help users and respond to questions during user acceptance testing.
  • Maintain and support delivered solutions over time.
  • Produce documentation, such as manuals and work procedures, with automated or AI-assisted tools.
  • Meet deadlines while delivering value continuously.

Reikalavimai

  • A degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in C#.
  • Proficiency in MVC.
  • Proficiency in Angular.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Proficiency in MVC and Bootstrap.
  • Proficiency in Web API, Web Services, and WCF.
  • Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Experience with ORM persistence layers, especially Dapper.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including Git/TFS and Azure DevOps.
  • Practical experience applying AI, such as Specification-Driven Development (SDD), within an agile lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, including solving complex problems.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and provide context to AI models.
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication, objectivity, and professional conduct.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across disciplines.
  • Strong focus, initiative, organization, planning, and proactive work habits.
  • Commitment to results and the ability to make effective, data-informed decisions.
  • Applicants must be based in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, SP.
  • Advanced experience integrating LLM APIs, such as OpenAI and Claude, into enterprise solutions.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud services.
  • Prior experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Relevant software development or Cloud/AI certifications.
  • Knowledge of containerized applications, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging platforms.
