Aprašymas

  • Create, maintain, and share sales reports, dashboards, and one-off analyses.
  • Monitor pipeline activity, customer trends, and sales results.
  • Extract and transform data from Salesforce, data lakes, warehouses, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Perform regular data audits and validation checks.
  • Identify data gaps and report inconsistencies.
  • Work with Retail, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Bid, IT, and other teams to clarify reporting needs.
  • Resolve data issues and provide timely insights.
  • Record reporting processes.
  • Help maintain reporting tools.
  • Improve how data is prepared and shared.

Reikalavimai

  • At least two years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a closely related field.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Power Query.
  • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Practical experience with a business intelligence tool such as Power BI or a comparable platform.
  • Ability to audit, validate, and maintain data accuracy across reporting workflows.
  • A reliable home office setup.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting sales operations or working with sales and marketing teams.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with data lakes or enterprise data extraction processes.
  • Preferred: Experience documenting reporting processes or supporting tool migrations.
