Aprašymas

  • Analyze data to reveal user behavior, product performance, and market trends.
  • Track product metrics, spot trends, and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
  • Work with Product Managers to find user experience improvements based on data and client and user feedback.
  • Collect, document, and refine requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Turn business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
  • Help refine the backlog by defining, organizing, and prioritizing product enhancements and development work.
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, quality assurance, and business teams to clarify requirements and support feature delivery.
  • Assist with feature validation and user acceptance testing.
  • Review feedback to identify potential enhancements and continuous improvement work.
  • Track released features’ adoption and performance, then recommend optimizations.
  • Create reports, presentations, dashboards, requirements documentation, and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in product analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Healthcare or benefits administration experience is preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with product management principles and practices.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • U.S. work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Successful completion of a background check and any checks required for the position.
