  • Own performance marketing strategy and execution across Meta and Google.
  • Shape channel strategy with the Head of Marketing.
  • Manage budgets to scale continuously while maintaining or improving efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, Content, and Design teams.
  • Set performance marketing strategy for Meta and Google, including budget forecasts and channel-mix decisions.
  • Launch, scale, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns through structured creative testing.
  • Plan, expand, and optimize Google Ads across Performance Max, Search, and the Google Display Network.
  • Create testing and measurement frameworks using incrementality testing and cross-channel attribution.
  • Own and advance server-side tracking and conversion implementations.
  • Test landing pages and improve their conversion performance.
  • Help develop the marketing technology stack, including Pipedrive, Make, and HeyFlow.
  • Lead SEA initiatives while incorporating SEO fundamentals.
  • Analyze and forecast marketing KPIs and unit economics, then turn findings into budget decisions.

Reikalavimai

  • Bring 4–6 years of professional performance marketing experience.
  • Have several years of experience working independently with direct budget ownership.
  • Startup, scaleup, or specialist performance marketing agency experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrate extensive practical experience with Meta Ads, including paid Facebook and Instagram, Advantage+ campaigns, and CBO/ABO structures.
  • Demonstrate extensive practical experience with Google Ads, including Performance Max, Search, GDN, smart bidding, asset-group optimization, and audience-signal optimization.
  • Have solid experience with measurement and tracking, including GA4, server-side tracking, Conversions API, and Enhanced Conversions.
  • Be highly proficient in marketing KPIs and unit economics, including CTR, ROAS, CPL, MQL, conversion rate, qualification rate, CAC, and LTV.
  • Have experience forecasting budgets and outcomes.
  • Understand creative development and have experience partnering closely with Design and Concept teams.
