Build reports, dashboards, and analytics for Global Credit Union, interpreting financial data to inform business decisions. Advise executive leaders and teams with insights grounded in industry and market context.

- Build and maintain analytics that meet business needs.
- Interpret analytical findings in light of industry and market conditions.
- Recommend actions to guide executive management and team decisions.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Help develop and publish reports and dashboards.
- Analyze datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Help executive leaders and teams define business goals and needs.
- Explore new approaches to data collection and analysis.
- Assess how economic and business trends, political developments, policies, and regulations affect financial institutions and business lines.
- Build expertise in credit union operations, industry trends, and analytics, statistical, and reporting methods and technologies.
- Take on other duties as assigned.
Reikalavimai
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- At least three years of progressive experience in a comparable role may substitute for the degree.
- Strong communication, administrative, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop alternatives and recommendations.
- Skill in translating analytical needs into practical interpretations and recommendations.
- Proficiency with self-service analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, SnowSQL, Python, and/or R.
- Familiarity with business intelligence, data visualization, and master data management is preferred.
