Aprašymas

  • Complete foundational assignments and training in insurance and underwriting principles.
  • Take self-paced development courses in time management, presentation skills, and other core areas.
  • Deliver challenging projects assigned by your manager.
  • Work independently or alongside other interns, then present findings to local leaders.
  • Use modern analytics and AI tools, and assess the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted results.
  • Explore Risk Control, Claims, and other corporate functions.
  • Visit agencies with Account Executives.
  • Take part in the Enterprise Internship program, including its Executive Speaker Series, networking events, and Rising Senior Intern Symposium.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.

Reikalavimai

  • Be authorized to work for any U.S. employer now and in the future.
  • Be pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Liberal Arts (preferably with a business focus), Management, Marketing, or Risk Management and Insurance.
  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Show a serious interest in entering insurance and pursuing underwriting as a career.
