Complete foundational assignments and training in insurance and underwriting principles.
Take self-paced development courses in time management, presentation skills, and other core areas.
Deliver challenging projects assigned by your manager.
Work independently or alongside other interns, then present findings to local leaders.
Use modern analytics and AI tools, and assess the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted results.
Explore Risk Control, Claims, and other corporate functions.
Visit agencies with Account Executives.
Take part in the Enterprise Internship program, including its Executive Speaker Series, networking events, and Rising Senior Intern Symposium.
Handle other duties as assigned.

Be authorized to work for any U.S. employer now and in the future.
Be pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree.
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Liberal Arts (preferably with a business focus), Management, Marketing, or Risk Management and Insurance.
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Show a serious interest in entering insurance and pursuing underwriting as a career.
