  • Create, edit, and publish web pages, articles, landing pages, and resource content.
  • Manage website and CMS components, including navigation, templates, menus, forms, links, workflows, version history, and archived content.
  • Build content strategies and editorial calendars using audience research, content inventories, stakeholder input, and client goals.
  • Manage content review cycles and publishing approvals.
  • Create page layouts and structure information to support intuitive navigation and usability across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Implement SEO practices including keyword research, titles, metadata, headings, internal linking, image optimization, redirects, sitemaps, and technical corrections.
  • Set up and assess website analytics and campaign tracking, then report on traffic, search results, engagement, and conversions.
  • Incorporate social media, email campaigns, video, podcasts, publications, and other digital assets into website experiences.
  • Organize digital assets using consistent file names, tags, metadata, and version controls while confirming permissions and accessibility.
  • Review content for accuracy, accessibility, broken links, and browser compatibility, including headings, alt text, captions, and accessible document standards.
  • Coordinate CMS updates, backups, security patches, and performance troubleshooting with technical teams.
  • Maintain publishing processes and deliver client training and support.

  • Bring at least five years of professional experience in web content development, website management, digital communications, or a related discipline.
  • Have at least two years of hands-on experience publishing and maintaining CMS content in platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or SharePoint; this experience may overlap with the overall experience requirement.
  • Demonstrate experience with SEO implementation, website analytics, and coordinating content across websites and social media channels.
  • Apply strong writing, editing, proofreading, and plain-language communication skills when adapting technical information for varied audiences.
  • Work confidently with HTML and CSS and use basic JavaScript knowledge to troubleshoot page behavior and collaborate with developers.
  • Apply practical knowledge of content architecture, page layout, responsive design, CMS workflows, and digital asset management.
  • Manage multiple assignments, meet publishing deadlines, respond to client feedback, and document quality reviews.
  • Understand web accessibility, brand consistency, and client expectations for privacy, security, and information handling.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in communications, digital media, web design, information technology, computer science, marketing, or a related field.
  • Equivalent relevant education, professional training, and experience may be accepted.
