Vice President, Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting – Global Payments Solutions
Own regulatory reporting for Bank of America’s Global Payments Solutions treasury business. Ensure non-financial reports are accurate and compliant across Hong Kong or Singapore.

- Submit accurate, complete, and timely non-financial regulatory reports in line with regulatory instructions.
- Develop and maintain business requirements, procedures, and processes for regulatory reporting.
- Work with risk colleagues to assess and implement new regulatory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with governance teams on procedures, error escalation, and issue management.
- Investigate regulatory reporting issues and drive them to resolution.
- Take part in audits, regulatory examinations, compliance assessments, and key governance forums.
Талаптар
- At least 8 years of experience in regulatory reporting, cash management, or trade finance.
- A university degree and at least 5 years of experience in banking or finance.
- Proficiency in English and Korean.
- Good knowledge of transaction banking products offered by global financial institutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies, internal audits, or regulatory examinations.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Transaction banking experience and knowledge of tax regulations or reporting are advantageous.
- Additional language skills, such as Thai, Japanese, Mandarin, or Bahasa Indonesia, are advantageous.
