Site Contracts Negotiator – Poland (Remote)
Negotiate clinical trial agreements, amendments, and site budgets with investigator sites across Poland. Support ICON’s international clinical research and healthcare operations through effective contract management.

- Negotiate clinical trial agreements, amendments, and site budgets with investigator sites in Poland
- Manage contract negotiations independently across multiple clinical studies
- Conduct negotiations in Polish and English
- Review and negotiate contract terms against sponsor requirements, internal guidance, local regulations, and site feedback
- Oversee multiple contracts at once, monitor progress, and address issues that may delay study start-up
- Work with Legal, Finance, Study Start-Up, and project teams on contract and budget matters
- Keep negotiation records, approvals, and executed agreements accurate in relevant clinical trial systems
- Recommend improvements to contracting processes, templates, and working practices
- Share contracting knowledge and best practices while supporting less experienced colleagues
Талаптар
- Fluency in Polish and English is required
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business, life sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in site contracting, contract negotiation, contract administration, or a similar role, preferably in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of clinical trial agreements and/or site budget negotiations
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Capacity to manage several negotiations, priorities, and deadlines independently
- High attention to detail with a practical, solution-oriented approach
- Collaborative approach and effectiveness in cross-functional, international teams
- Legal authorization to work in Poland
