Senior Manager, Modern Workplace and AI Adoption
Lead Smart Workplace programs at Saegus, a consulting firm focused on data and AI transformation. Drive Workplace initiatives, business development, and team leadership.

- Grow Saegus’s presence with major enterprise clients
- Lead transformation programs for AI use-case adoption, workplace evolution, and new collaborative practices
- Shape the firm’s offerings and areas of expertise
- Identify and develop business opportunities with major enterprise clients
- Win new accounts and grow existing client relationships
- Join the management team’s strategic account reviews
- Develop commercial proposals and present them to business, data, and IT leaders
- Create high-value offerings that support clients’ strategic priorities
- Meet staffing targets and represent the Workplace & AI Adoption offering
- Lead complex engagements, maintaining delivery quality, client satisfaction, and value creation
- Guide clients in selecting use cases and defining adoption roadmaps
- Advise CDOs, CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders as a Chief of Staff or advisor
- Conduct strategic studies and support client decision-making
- Develop an offering spanning technology, partnerships, expert team leadership, and client portfolio growth
- Contribute to publications, events, and thought leadership
- Manage consultants, support their career development, and help structure the team
- Track performance, professional development, and satisfaction
- Engage operational teams working on large-scale programs
- Manage a profit center
Талаптар
- Bring 7–10 years of consulting experience, ideally in Workplace, adoption, change, or collaborative-practice transformation
- Hold a degree from a leading engineering or business school, or an equivalent qualification
- Combine strategic vision with a strong focus on delivery
- Demonstrate business development experience, especially in opening and growing client accounts
- Have experience leading transformation programs
- Be able to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders
- Understand core business fundamentals, including profitability, staffing, management, and risk
- Bring leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Be fluent in written and spoken French and English
- Be proficient in at least two Modern Workplace platforms: Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Google Workspace, or LumApps
- Know Employee Platforms such as Yammer, Mozaik, or LumApps
- Have a strong understanding of collaboration hubs, including Teams
- Have implemented solutions and driven client adoption
- Be familiar with AI use cases, including Copilot, automation, agents, prompts, best practices, and AI governance
