Senior Full-Stack Developer, PHP and Laravel
Senior full-stack developer for Händlerbund’s Legal Tech platform, using PHP and Laravel to digitize legal processes for e-commerce. Lead technical project delivery with Laravel, Livewire, and modern frontend tools.

- Build a Legal Tech platform that digitizes and automates legal processes for e-commerce companies.
- Lead technical work on projects in small teams.
- Analyze requirements and design solution architectures, data models, and interfaces.
- Estimate the effort needed for features and projects.
- Own projects from initial concept through launch.
- Break down and prioritize work, track progress, make technical decisions, and clear blockers.
- Support developers with technical specifications, pairing, and backend and frontend code reviews.
- Document architectural decisions for the team.
- Keep the Team Lead, Product Owner, and stakeholders informed about status, risks, and next steps.
- Build full-stack applications using Laravel, Livewire, Alpine.js, Flux UI, and Tailwind CSS.
- Deliver smaller projects independently and contribute to larger team projects.
- Assess, implement, and document integrations with partner and third-party systems.
- Help set the direction for architecture, development standards, and tooling.
- Assess the potential value of new technologies, frameworks, and AI use cases.

- Several years of experience with PHP and Laravel.
- Experience building full-stack web applications.
- Frontend experience, ideally with Livewire, Alpine.js, Flux UI, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience developing technical concepts and owning their implementation.
- Experience leading a project team technically or holding a comparable role of responsibility.
- Practical experience reviewing backend and frontend code.
- Proficiency with PHPUnit or Pest.
- Experience developing test strategies for larger codebases.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and API design.
- Experience working in agile teams; Scrum experience is preferred.
- Experience with DevOps, e-commerce platforms or plugins, UX, event-driven architectures, queues, asynchronous processing, or LLM APIs is a plus.
