- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance solution design across FI/CO processes
- Set architecture and integrate SAP with MM, SD, PP, and EWM
- Run customer workshops and turn business needs into scalable solution designs
- Advise clients and take ownership of solution design and delivery
- Connect business priorities to implementation plans and manage stakeholder expectations
- Lead functional teams and maintain solution quality through implementation and go-live
- Design, configure, and deliver SAP FICO solutions across the implementation lifecycle
- Work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams on international projects
- Work directly with clients at on-site assignments
Талаптар
- At least 8 years of SAP FI/CO experience, including solution architecture and design
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience and at least four complete implementations, preferably as a lead or architect
- Strong command of SAP Finance processes and integration across modules
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican tax, accounting, and regulatory rules, and the ability to translate them into SAP FI/CO solutions
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills, including leading client conversations, presenting recommendations, and connecting business and technical teams
- A record of ownership and accountability, with the ability to make decisions and resolve complex issues
- Advanced English skills
- Valid passport and U.S. B1/B2 visa
- Able to travel 40%–60% to client sites, including international locations
