Senior Full-Stack Developer, PHP and Laravel

Apraksts

  • Build a Legal Tech platform that digitizes and automates legal processes for e-commerce companies.
  • Lead technical work on projects in small teams.
  • Analyze requirements and design solution architectures, data models, and interfaces.
  • Estimate the effort needed for features and projects.
  • Own projects from initial concept through launch.
  • Break down and prioritize work, track progress, make technical decisions, and clear blockers.
  • Support developers with technical specifications, pairing, and backend and frontend code reviews.
  • Document architectural decisions for the team.
  • Keep the Team Lead, Product Owner, and stakeholders informed about status, risks, and next steps.
  • Build full-stack applications using Laravel, Livewire, Alpine.js, Flux UI, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Deliver smaller projects independently and contribute to larger team projects.
  • Assess, implement, and document integrations with partner and third-party systems.
  • Help set the direction for architecture, development standards, and tooling.
  • Assess the potential value of new technologies, frameworks, and AI use cases.

Prasības

  • Several years of experience with PHP and Laravel.
  • Experience building full-stack web applications.
  • Frontend experience, ideally with Livewire, Alpine.js, Flux UI, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience developing technical concepts and owning their implementation.
  • Experience leading a project team technically or holding a comparable role of responsibility.
  • Practical experience reviewing backend and frontend code.
  • Proficiency with PHPUnit or Pest.
  • Experience developing test strategies for larger codebases.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and API design.
  • Experience working in agile teams; Scrum experience is preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps, e-commerce platforms or plugins, UX, event-driven architectures, queues, asynchronous processing, or LLM APIs is a plus.
