  • Create and maintain authoritative enterprise architecture and MBSE models using Cameo Enterprise Architecture or CATIA Magic.
  • Set Cameo modeling practices, repository structures, profiles, naming standards, reusable libraries, templates, traceability, validation, quality controls, baselines, versioning, and change management.
  • Support Teamwork Cloud and Cameo collaboration features where they are in use.
  • Build model-based views of capabilities, operations, systems, services, data, interfaces, processes, sequences, dependencies, security, and requirements traceability.
  • Use diagrams, tables, matrices, queries, and reports to identify gaps, conflicts, dependencies, and missing relationships.
  • Consolidate and migrate architecture information from legacy materials into Cameo.
  • Produce model-driven outputs for engineering, acquisition, cybersecurity, program, and leadership teams.
  • Guide contributors in model quality and effective use.
  • Develop and maintain current, transition, and target architectures across enterprise domains.
  • Assess APIs, interfaces, data exchanges, information flows, cloud and infrastructure dependencies, cybersecurity boundaries, DevSecOps pipelines, test environments, and operational constraints.
  • Review requirements, use cases, RFP and PWS materials, interface control documents, technical designs, standards, service catalogs, and test artifacts for architecture impacts and alignment.
  • Research technical options and conduct trade studies, impact assessments, and architecture risk analyses.
  • Prepare recommendations, transition roadmaps, architecture decision records, standards, governance materials, and mitigation plans.
  • Lead architecture workshops, model reviews, and technical decision forums.
  • Turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into architecture options, decisions, actions, and concise briefings for government, technical, and leadership stakeholders.

  • At least five years of enterprise architecture, solution or systems architecture, systems engineering, MBSE, or digital engineering experience in a complex technology setting.
  • Recent hands-on experience creating and maintaining models in Cameo Enterprise Architecture or CATIA Magic.
  • Practical Cameo expertise covering repository and model structure, traceability, model quality and validation, reusable patterns or libraries, matrices, tables, queries, reports, and collaborative model management.
  • Proficiency in DoDAF 2.02, UAF, SysML, and modeling capabilities, operations, systems, services, data, interfaces, sequences, processes, dependencies, and requirements traceability.
  • Ability to break down complex systems and model their structure, behavior, interfaces, information and data, requirements, dependencies, constraints, and end-to-end mission or business threads.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise and hybrid cloud environments, APIs and integration, data architecture, cybersecurity, RMF and Zero Trust concepts, DevSecOps and CI/CD, development and test environments, and software and service lifecycles.
  • Experience converting requirements, acquisition materials, RFPs and PWSs, interface control documents, technical designs, standards, and test materials into architecture products and technical analyses.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and required access to DHA systems and environments.
  • Strong technical writing, modeling, briefing, and facilitation abilities.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent directly relevant experience will be considered.
  • INCOSE, OCSMP, TOGAF, or comparable credentials are advantageous.
  • Direct experience with DHA, PEO DHMS/DHMS, Workforce 3.0, Architecture & Service Excellence, the Military Health System, or related DoD health IT is strongly preferred.
