  • Lead moderately complex to complex business analysis, reporting, and data initiatives
  • Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to understand needs and define requirements
  • Coordinate project activities, manage deliverables, and support reporting and business intelligence solution implementation
  • Assess business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Convert business objectives into actionable reporting requirements
  • Serve as the liaison among business stakeholders, leadership, technical teams, and end users
  • Facilitate requirements discussions and document business and functional requirements
  • Create report specifications and define project scope
  • Track deliverables and timelines while communicating project status, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Analyze workflows, data requirements, reporting outputs, and system capabilities to identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate cross-functional project work and support project planning
  • Maintain action-item logs and document decisions
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders
  • Support user acceptance testing and validate report outputs
  • Assist with implementation readiness and change management activities
  • Define required data elements and verify data quality
  • Reconcile outputs and create or maintain dashboards
  • Support recurring reports and ensure information is accurate, meaningful, and actionable
  • Identify ways to improve reporting processes, strengthen governance, increase automation, engage stakeholders, and enhance business intelligence delivery
  • Make decisions about business analysis methods, reporting approaches, project execution, stakeholder coordination, technical solution requirements, and prioritization

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least five years of experience in data reporting, business analysis, project management, analytics, business intelligence, operations, or related business support functions
  • Experience leading or supporting moderately complex to complex reporting, analytics, business intelligence, operational, or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience defining scope, planning projects, gathering requirements, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, addressing risks and issues, coordinating stakeholders, and reporting status
  • Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, leadership, and end users to gather, document, and translate business needs
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including external data connections, pivot tables, data summarization, analysis, reports, and dashboards
  • Understanding of relational databases and data management concepts
  • Experience integrating external data sources, developing and validating queries, using pass-through queries, designing data structures, defining table relationships, automating processes, and validating or reconciling data
  • Experience working with large, complex data sets in large organizations and/or analyzing healthcare data
  • Strong ability to analyze business processes, workflows, operational data, and reporting outputs
  • Effective verbal and written communication with senior and executive leadership
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, facilitation, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations with minimal direction
  • Commitment to continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
  • Ability to work from a dedicated space that protects member PHI and HIPAA information; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
