RecruitGo is seeking a senior consultant to convert international leads and advise businesses entering or expanding in Indonesia. The role covers market-entry strategy, corporate structures, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

- Convert inbound leads into signed service agreements while achieving monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Lead consultative discovery conversations with international companies entering or expanding in Indonesia
- Assess client business models and prepare customized commercial proposals
- Present Indonesia’s regulatory environment to C-level leaders and international legal teams
- Build structured regulatory roadmaps for bringing products into the Indonesian market
- Review licensing viability, local-partner obligations, foreign-investment limits, and local manufacturing or packaging requirements
- Advise on BPOM, Halal, PKRT, ALKES, trade and import regulations, KBLI classifications, TKDN, and operating permits
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely delivery and strong client outcomes
Талаптар
- You are a foreign national currently based or working in Bali, rather than an Indonesian citizen
- You hold complete, valid documentation authorizing legal residence and/or employment in Indonesia, such as a visa, work permit, or applicable immigration documents
- You bring 4–7 or more years of experience in management consulting, corporate services, Indonesia-focused market-entry strategy, or commercial regulatory advisory
- You have a track record of advising senior international stakeholders and closing high-value service agreements through consultative selling
- You understand Indonesian corporate structures, including PT PMA, KPPA, and Local PT, as well as the OSS-RBA system
- You have strong working knowledge of BPOM, Kemenkes, and Kemendag regulatory processes
- You understand Indonesian trade rules covering distribution versus retail activities, foreign-ownership limitations, and distribution restrictions
- You demonstrate strong commercial judgment
- You communicate exceptionally well in written and spoken English
- You can turn complex legal and regulatory obstacles into clear, structured strategic options
