  • Willingness and ability to travel locally and regionally, with some national travel
  • Previous experience selling business cards or payment products
  • Strong sales and new business development capabilities, including prospecting new-logo opportunities, conducting curious and consultative discovery, and advancing deals from strategy through close
  • Experience serving mid-size to large businesses, including clients generating more than $10 million in annual revenue
  • Strong credit analysis and financial assessment capabilities, with knowledge of basic accounting principles for financial transactions
  • Demonstrated success developing and using Centers of Influence to create new business opportunities
  • Ability to manage pipeline activity with consistent follow-through and disciplined execution
  • Good knowledge of payment products and a general understanding of product marketing and organizational operations
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities, including negotiation, decision-making, and creative problem resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to work with internal teams to expand and retain existing portfolio customers
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system to manage leads, activities, and sales performance
