  • Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions that address business needs
  • Lead solution architecture, design, and configuration initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements
  • Provide technical direction and support to development teams
  • Align implementations with Salesforce standards and recommended practices
  • Review code and uphold the quality of delivered solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce environment
  • Track new Salesforce capabilities and related platform developments
  • Coach and develop junior team members
  • Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and sample mockups with internal and customer stakeholders to clarify business requirements
  • Validate solution components, conduct customer walkthroughs, and advise the product manager on significant project risks and issues
  • Manage the Salesforce roadmap and reduce the organization’s reliance on external consulting services

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a comparable position
  • At least 1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience in a production setting
  • Experience designing, configuring, and implementing OmniStudio, formerly known as the Vlocity/Velocity managed package
  • Ability to convert business requirements into scalable Salesforce implementations
  • Salesforce certifications specified in the approved job description
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities across technical and business audiences
  • Broad Salesforce platform knowledge, including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Practical technical knowledge of systems administration
  • Familiarity with data migration and integration tools including MuleSoft and Informatica
  • Experience resolving server and operating system issues that minimize disruption for customers and end users
  • Active Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator credential
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems preferred, or 5+ years of equivalent technical experience in systems administration or a related technical field
  • Experience in the health insurance industry
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Copado and Git
  • Professional experience with Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Active Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder credential preferred
  • Active Certified Salesforce B2C Solution Architect credential preferred
