  • Engage prospective customers by phone, email, and social media to create new sales opportunities
  • Research international decision-makers and influencers to develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Explore prospect challenges and assess their needs through thoughtful discovery questions
  • Guide qualified leads through the initial stages of the sales cycle while building trust and interest
  • Work with colleagues to strengthen lead-generation methods and improve the outreach playbook
  • Run LinkedIn and email campaigns while supporting the expansion of Xelix’s social channels
  • Complete sales administration, including scheduling meetings and following up with prospects
  • Support monthly performance reporting and analysis
