Remote Tax Insurance Analyst at CAC
Support tax insurance placements, underwriting submissions, and policy negotiations for CAC, an insurance broker and advisor. Research tax exposures and coordinate workflows among clients, insurers, brokers, and legal teams.

- Support the placement and administration of tax insurance policies for corporate clients, private equity firms, and professional advisors in complex transactions.
- Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, tax advisors, and clients to assess tax exposures and support policy placement and negotiations.
- Join prospective and existing client calls, record detailed notes, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update the tax insurance pipeline in Monday.com.
- Organize master files and supporting documentation for tax insurance placements.
- Help educate producers about tax insurance products through introductory calls and research.
- Review submission materials and provide initial feedback and observations.
- Research tax and transaction-related topics.
- Develop follow-up diligence questions from initial submissions.
- Prepare submission packages for insurance markets.
- Track NBILs and create summary comparisons.
- Prepare internal and client-facing NBIL summaries with recommendations regarding market participation and structure.
- Support the drafting and markup of tax insurance policy language.
- Prepare correspondence for clients, underwriters, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with CAC’s Legal team regarding surplus lines and regulatory matters.
- Contribute to tax insurance articles, thought leadership content, and client alerts.
- Support Tax Practice marketing materials and presentations.
- Provide daily operational and analytical support across calls, meetings, and transactions.
- Help improve team processes, organization, and efficiency.
