- Juggle multiple tasks while recording clear order notes
- Route calls to the appropriate team members
- Respond promptly to email inquiries
- Return voicemail messages
- Keep consistent communication with team members
- Participate in Tuesday meetings
- Take on additional responsibilities as opportunities arise
