  • At least four years of successful sales territory development experience.
  • Knowledge of territory strategy, sales discipline, and established sales practices, with the ability to apply them.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to assess competitive standing, interpret metrics, and turn findings into actionable goals.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once.
  • Engineering bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least seven years of successful solution sales and/or contractor sales experience preferred.
  • Trade experience or experience in power generation or installed equipment industries preferred.
  • Ability to speak, hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle objects or controls, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
