  • Build and maintain AI-powered agents for security detection, investigation, and response
  • Identify AI use cases that improve analyst productivity and operational outcomes

  • Promote responsible and secure AI use across risk and security functions
  • Apply security controls to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry
  • Address AI risks such as data leakage, prompt injection, oversharing, and unauthorized access
  • Create evaluation methods covering accuracy, hallucinations, false positives and negatives, failure modes, explainability, audit logs, and operational impact
  • Maintain human oversight of AI-generated decisions and outcomes
  • Implement and manage protection controls for AI and enterprise data
  • Deploy and optimize Microsoft Purview DLP, Information Protection, and Insider Risk capabilities across Microsoft 365 and AI platforms
  • Configure and refine DLP controls for AI interactions and generated outputs
  • Set access controls, data-handling policies, and audit requirements for AI agents and automated workflows
  • Apply Zero Trust and least-privilege principles to AI-enabled processes
  • Assess and onboard AI tools and agents through a security-first review process
  • Monitor AI platform activity and data use for anomalies, misuse, and policy breaches
  • Assist with incident response and investigations involving AI systems or exposed data
  • Connect AI agent workflows with SIEM/XDR platforms for context enrichment and initial incident triage
  • Support enterprise implementation of AI governance and data security programs
  • Protect sensitive information and enable secure collaboration through data classification and protection standards for emerging AI technologies

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience leading enterprise-scale security engineering initiatives
  • At least five years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or security engineering
  • Demonstrated experience designing and securing enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry
  • Experience with AI governance, data grounding controls, prompt-injection defenses, and AI risk management
  • Experience developing or overseeing security controls for AI-driven workflows and autonomous or agent-based systems
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID security architecture
  • Experience with Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, especially for data protection and insider risk
  • Expertise in designing, engineering, and tuning DLP programs at scale
  • Experience with data classification, sensitivity labels, lifecycle management, Insider Risk Management, and Information Protection programs
  • Ability to establish strategy, roadmaps, and reference architectures
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Security, IT, Legal, and business teams
  • Ability to serve as a technical authority and escalation point for complex security issues
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, TypeScript, or comparable languages
  • Experience with secure API integration, Microsoft Graph and security platform APIs, CI/CD, and test automation
  • Experience deploying AI-enabled workflows with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or similar cloud-native services
  • Experience building automation pipelines for detection, response, and data governance
  • Experience analyzing logs and signals from Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoints, and AI systems
  • Experience supporting detection engineering and threat-informed defense
  • Ability to evaluate risk, prioritize high-impact results, and make technical decisions with incomplete information
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and strengthen team capability
  • Preferred: knowledge of prompt engineering methods or semantic caching
  • Preferred: familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs
  • Preferred: experience with DSPM tools and data leakage or insider threat programs
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred, including AI-102, AI-900, SC-400, MS-102, CompTIA Security+, and CompTIA SecAI+
  • Master’s degree preferred
