Co-own Paid Search, Paid Social, and other performance marketing channels
Deliver agreed growth and efficiency targets while managing agencies and freelancers
Build and execute a structured testing roadmap covering campaigns, bidding, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
Find gaps across traffic, landing pages, conversion, and revenue, then convert them into actionable experiments
Assess new performance channels, automation opportunities, and AI-led growth initiatives
Strengthen reporting and analysis to turn performance insights into clear decisions and next steps
Partner with Data, Product/CRO, Creative, and Content teams to improve the full funnel
Own projects independently with limited day-to-day guidance
Use paid growth strategy to improve CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality, and revenue
Report to the Head of Paid Growth
Support growth in three current core markets and expansion into four to six additional markets over the next four years

Талаптар

Hands-on Performance Marketing or Paid Growth experience, including meaningful ownership of campaigns and budgets
Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Paid Search, including optimization, analysis, and account development
Hands-on Paid Social experience, ideally with Meta Ads, including campaign and creative performance analysis
Experience evaluating customer journeys and conversion funnels beyond media-platform metrics, including landing pages, lead quality, and downstream conversions
Experience running structured experiments and partnering across Data and Analytics, Product/CRO, Creative, or Content teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects against tight deadlines
Fluent English
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate there
Valid permit to work in Germany
