Manage the transportation and logistics department’s daily activities to keep operations efficient and dependable.
Work with sales, customer service, and other internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
Create and execute transportation and logistics plans that improve efficiency, lower costs, and increase profitability.
Partner with carriers and suppliers to strengthen relationships and maintain dependable transportation services.
Track operational performance metrics and take corrective action when results fall short.
Audit transportation and logistics procedures regularly to confirm compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Deliver accurate, timely reports on transportation and logistics performance to management.
Lead continuous improvement efforts that streamline and optimize transportation and logistics operations.

Талаптар

At least five years of experience managing transportation and logistics operations.
Freight forwarding experience is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in transportation and logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of transportation and logistics regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
Transportation or logistics certification, such as Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) or Certified Logistics Professional (CLP), is preferred.
Experience using transportation management software (TMS) is preferred.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Employment is for an unspecified duration and is at will.
